Tradesmen and Craftsmen (ESDER)
The Tradesmen and Craftsmen Association (ESDER) was established in 1997. It has 33 branches in the country and 5 representations abroad. It is the only civil organization of tradesmen and craftsmen with 10,500 members . Our aim; In line with the constitution and laws of the Republic of Turkey, the development of Turkey and Turkish society, especially tradesmen and craftsmen in a democratic and planned order, the development of industry, commercial, socio -economic, education and culture, technology, capital, ideas, exchange and coordination helping it reach a higher level. In accordance with this purpose;
culture ; For 10 years, Akhism activities have been carried out in accordance with the original in our country. In addition to tradesmen and craftsmen , these activities are cooperating with primary schools, secondary schools, high schools and universities, and Ahi-Order culture is practically explained to our students. Ahi culture was also celebrated in Borsa-Herzegovina-Sarajevo, Macedonia-Skopje, Albania-Tirana, Kosovo- Prizren with the Ahi-order symposium in the building of social peace in the Balkans .
symposiums on Bacıyan-ı Rum, which is the women's branch of the Ahi order, are carried out for women from Turkey and abroad. In these activities, cooperation is made with KADEM, one of our sister organizations. “OUR HERO WOMEN FROM BACIYAN-I GUM TO JULY 15” project was carried out.
25,000 students were reached by organizing a poetry, painting and composition competition with the theme of “Artisan Through the Eyes of Children” for children. 10,000 students were awarded in these competitions.
Art ; 650 short films and documentaries describing the importance and value of tradesmen and craftsmen were shot and added to our archive. An archive consisting of 1800 photographs was obtained with the "Disappearing Professions" photography contest. “Artisan Choir”; He carries out his activities in the branches of Turkish Folk Music and Turkish Classical Music . We have a Şed Equipping Ceremony team formed by our craftsmen . Our theater work continues .
sports ; Shutter Sports in our company The club was established, and work began in the field of football and Far East sports. “ Industry Apprentices , Future Stars Football Tournament” was held with the values of Ahilik. Preparations for the interregional football tournament, “THE JULY 15, THE GUYS, THE YOUTH OF THE INDUSTRY” have begun. In the field of media , useful works are carried out for the tradesmen with Shutter Magazine and Shutter TV.
Economy In its field, the project "I Came With Migration, I Produce, I'm Happy", "One Step From Us" was carried out with Ankara Development Agency.
With our Ministries, “Our Youth Produce, Turkey Wins”, “Entrepreneurial Youth, Developing Turkey ”,” with the Philosophy of Ahi
Shining Tourism” projects were carried out.
Entrepreneurship training was provided to 2,500 young people with the "YOU BASED ENTREPRENEURS" project, carried out in cooperation with KOSGEB. SME BROTHERHOOD NIGHT was held in 10 different cities in 2018 in cooperation with KOSGEB.
